Samsung SPH-M810 has approved by FCC, Samsung SPH-M810 which is also known as the Samsung Instinct Mini, but that's unofficial. The only piece of information we managed to dig out was the PTT (Push-to-Talk) capability, which would be rather interesting.

The expected launch date of Samsung SPH-M810 is April 19th through Sprint. So just wait it until the launching date.
