Sprint announced the new Motorola Renegade V950, the company’s newest Nextel Direct Connect phone. Motorola Renegade V950 is a mobile phone with an ultra rugged design that is certified to military specifications for dust, shock, vibration and blowing rain enabling users to get work done even in a harsh environment.

It features Qualcomm’s QChat technology providing outstanding push-to-talk performance. V950 is a clamshell with an internal and an external display, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity. It supports Sprint mobile services including the Sprint TV, Sprint Navigation, Mobile Email, Sprint Store..etc.

It is priced at $129.99 with a 2-year contract. Sprint offers also the i365, a candy-bar style phone with military specs.
